美 안보보좌관 '북한과 비핵화 협상 내년 도쿄올림픽 때 기회'<br /><br />U.S. National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien says a chance to resume denuclearization talks with North Korea could come around the time of next summer's Tokyo Olympics.<br />Speaking at a webinar hosted by the Aspen Institute on Friday, he was asked about the U.S.'s current approach to North Korea's continuous expansion of its nuclear arsenal.<br />He added that Pyeongyang is interested in participating in the Olympics, and around then, the two parties can get together to discuss "prosperity and better economic times for North Koreans."<br />The Olympic games, initially set to happen this past summer in Tokyo, have been postponed to next July due to COVID-19.<br />
