If Joe Biden is elected president, outgoing President Donald Trump is likely to have more days in court than he ever dreamed possible.<br />Lacking his current presidential protections, Trump will face multiple investigations over whether he committed fraud in his businesses--and as an individual.<br />According to CNN, Trump also faces defamation lawsuits sparked by his denials of accusations made by women who have alleged he assaulted them.<br />If Trump wins, he may be able to run out the statute of limitations, which for some crimes in New York state law is five to six years.<br />Or, he could simply continue enjoying the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel opinion that says a sitting president can't be indicted.
