아제르•아르메니아 휴전 하루 만에 교전 재개<br /><br />Armenia has accused Azerbaijan of violating a brand new humanitarian ceasefire... just minutes after it took effect.<br />Armenia's defense ministry spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan tweeted that Azerbaijan fired artillery shells and rockets in the early hours of Sunday.<br />There's been no reaction yet from Azerbaijan.<br />This ceasefire was intended to let the two sides exchange prisoners and retrieve their dead from the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh.<br />It comes a week after another truce, brokered by Russia, also broke down within minutes of taking effect.<br />
