On Wednesday 7th October, Scott's daughter was sent home after displaying Covid symptoms. Scott was able to get her a test at Southampton Airport test centre. But the family were left 9 days for a result - before a phone call to 119 revealed that their result couldn't be found and the issue would be investigated. Scott's work may need proof in order to be reimbursed by the government for their employees time off in isolation.
