중국, 미국에 "티베트 건들지 말라" 강력 항의<br /><br />Tensions between the U.S. and China are rising once again over Tibet.<br />The autonomous region in China has long been a source of dispute between the two superpowers,...along with ongoing issues over trade, Hong Kong, and COVID-19.<br />For more on this and other news from around the world we turn to our Lee Kyung-eun.<br />Kyung-eun, tells us more.<br />Mok-yeon, China has strongly warned that the U.S. should immediately stop interfering in its internal affairs referring to Tibet.<br />The remarks came on Tuesday,... following a meeting between the head of the Tibetan government in exile and a US official.<br />Last week, Lobsang Sangay, the president of the Tibetan Central Administration,...met U.S. senior official Robert Destro a newly appointed special coordinator for Tibet.<br />"The so-called special coordinator on Tibet affairs set up by the United States is completely a political manipulation to interfere in China's internal affairs and undermine Tibet's development and stability."<br />China seized control over Tibet in 1950 in what it called "peaceful liberation".<br />But international human rights groups have criticized China's oppressive rule.<br />
