Seven months after he began fundraising, Sheffield’s ‘Captain’ Tobias Weller has brought his fundraising challenge to an end – having smashed his target by 300 times.<br /><br />Today he split the money and presented it to Paces School, where he is a pupil, and Sheffield Children's Hospital, where he has been treated since he was three weeks old.
