Italy's financial center.<br />Italy's PM Giuseppe Conte earlier said he's ready to apply tougher restrictions if the situation worsens.<br />In the Czech Republic,... the nation of 10 million is now reporting more new COVID-19 cases per 100-thousand people than any major country in the world,... with nearly 15-thousand new cases seen on Wednesday.<br />On the same day,...
