Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to hold as many as 12 rallies across Bihar state as part of the National Democratic Alliance’s (NDA) campaign for the upcoming three-phase state elections. <br /> <br />The prime minister will be addressing rallies in Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur and Patna starting from October 28.
