Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin had to clear a hurdle first before he could declare a state of emergency, which was getting the Yang di-Pertuan Agong's consent.<br /><br />To achieve that, Muhyiddin traveled to Kuantan to have an audience with the King on Friday afternoon.
