A 64-year-old St. Louis woman went for a jog around her neighborhood, and ultimately collapsed on the sidewalk.<br />Surveillance video later revealed a man pulled up in a van, got out, and approached the woman.<br />But rather than being a Good Samaritan and helping the woman as she lay dying, he stole her phone and drove away.<br />The unnamed woman later died in the hospital.<br />According to Newser, authorities say Brian Davenport, 35, was arrested Monday and is charged with felony stealing.
