Shigeki Takizaki, director general at the Japanese foreign ministry's Asian and Oceanian affairs bureau, will meet Kim Jung-han, director-general for Asia and Pacific affairs at Seoul's foreign ministry.<br />It will be the two sides' first talks since Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga took office in September.<br />The visit comes ahead of a scheduled trilateral summit among South Korea, Japan and China set for this year in Seoul.<br /><br />
