화이자, "코로나 백신 완성 머지 않았다"<br /><br />Pfizer is calling for patience over the results of its late-stage COVID-19 vaccine trial.<br />In a conference call Tuesday, ... the drug-maker's CEO said the initial results from their 44-thousand-person international study, ...expected by the end of this month, ...may not come until next week.<br />He ruled out the possibility of early results before the U.S. presidential election.<br />Pfizer still estimates it will have safety data from the first 22-thousand patients in the third week of November.<br />After that, it can apply for emergency use authorization from the FDA.<br />
