The CUPRA Formentor makes its debut as a performance CUV with a length of 4.45 meters, width of 1.84 meters and height of 1.51 meters. “The Formentor is the first model developed exclusively for CUPRA and thus marks a big step in the expansion of the CUPRA portfolio. It heralds a new phase in brand development and opens up completely new customer markets, ”says Antonino Labate, Director of Strategy, Business Development and Operations at CUPRA.<br /><br />The standard equipment of the Formentor comes with 19-inch alloy wheels with copper details that are perfectly matched to the copper-colored 18-inch Brembo brake system. “For a vehicle of this size, the Formentor is amazingly agile. We have put a lot of work into the coordination - including the driver assistance systems. The result emphasizes the sporty character and that was our ultimate goal, ”explains Jordi Gené, test driver and co-developer of CUPRA.
