강릉시 2026년 'ITS 세계총회' 유치 활동 본격화<br /><br />South Korea's transport ministry hosted an online seminar today to promote Gangneung's bid to host the 2026 Intelligent Transport Systems World Congress.<br />"We dream of transforming Gangneung city into a smart tourist destination in Northeast Asia by 2025. We're planning to set up an ITS integration center and introduce Cooperative ITS technologies."<br />The ITS World Congress is the world's largest annual exhibition focused on smart mobility and the digitalization of transport.<br />Gangneung, which hosted the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, is competing against Taipei as a candidate city for the 2026 event.<br />
