文대통령 '탄소중립' 선언에 UN총장 "큰 힘 얻어"<br /><br />The chief of the UN has hailed South Korean President Moon Jae-in's pledge to achieve carbon neutrality by the year 2050.<br />Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said it was a "very positive step in the right direction" after Seoul announced its "exemplary Green New Deal" in July.<br />Guterres added that... he will look forward to concrete policy measures being proposed, including a revision to the 2030 Nationally Determined Contributions...that would be more ambitious in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.<br />President Moon made the vow in a speech to parliament on Wednesday, the first of its kind during his administration.<br />
