The body of a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker was found hanging from a tree in Gayeshpur of Nadia district in West Bengal on Sunday. Bijoy Shil (34) was actively involved as a BJP party worker in the area. His residence is in Ward No. 4 of Gayeshpur Municipality in the district. While Bijoy Shil's family claimed that he was murdered, the BJP said that he was killed by political goons and then hanged.
