But then to get the password, I had to actually get on the phone and call the county clerk that was responsible for elections in my county, which was Galveston County."<br />He made the remarks on Monday, the day that marked 20 years of continuous habitation of the International Space Station.<br />Scott Kelly spent a record-breaking 3-hundred-40 days onboard the ISS.<br />
