Voters in Wahington DC went to the polls and weighed in on DC Initiative 81.<br />DC 81 lowers the enforcement priority for cultivation, purchasing, distributing, or possessing psychedelic plants and fungi.<br />These plants and fungus which can also be hallucinogenics, are known as "entheogens".<br />The initiative also seeks to cease the prosecution of activities related to entheogenic plants and fungi.<br />According to Business Insider, the initiative includes protections for use of plants like "magic mushrooms".<br />No poll results are in at this time.
