군 당국, 동부전선 침투 경보 진돗개 발령... 북한 남성 1명 신병 확보<br /><br />South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff says it captured an unidentified North Korean man at around 9:50 AM Wednesday... after he was detected by the military's surveillance equipment near the border with North Korea.<br />South Korean authorities are investigating the man, his identity and motive for crossing the border... including whether he's trying to defect.<br />The Joint Chiefs raised its anti-infiltration alert level on the country's frontlines in its eastern region after detecting human activity.<br />But it says there has been no unusual movement by the North Korean military up until now.<br />
