Pakatan Harapan lawmakers today called for the reestablishment of the Federal Territories Ministers Council which was first formed under the previous administration when Khalid Samad led the ministry. <br /><br />Lembah Pantai MP Fahmi Fadzil said the council is especially important because Kuala Lumpur does not have state assemblypersons.
