군 당국, 동부전선 침투 경보 진돗개 발령... 북한 남성 1명 신병 확보<br /><br />South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said a North Korean man who had crossed the inter-Korean border was taken into custody earlier this morning... after he was detected by the military's surveillance equipment the day before.<br />The military raised its anti-infiltration alert level on the country's frontlines in its eastern region to the highest level during the search for the man.<br />The alert has now been lowered to its usual level following the man's capture.<br />There has been no unusual movement by the North Korean military up until now.<br />South Korean authorities are currently investigating the man, his identity and motive for crossing the border... including whether he's trying to defect.<br />
