Federal Judge Orders USPS to Sweep <br />Swing-State Facilities for Ballots.<br />The decision was made by U.S. District <br />Judge Emmet Sullivan on Tuesday.<br />Facilities in swing-state locations such as Philadelphia, Houston, Atlanta, Arizona, South Florida and Detroit .<br />were ordered to be swept by 3 p.m. on the East Coast <br />to "ensure that no ballots have been held up.".<br />Any undelivered mail-in ballots are <br />to be promptly sent to election officials.<br />On Sunday, Judge Sullivan made the USPS send notices .<br />reminding managers of the "importance of processing all election ballots" in Minnesota, <br />North Carolina and Pennsylvania by Election Day.<br />The urgency is due to the possibility that their extended deadlines may be overturned
