Amy Coney Barrett Set to Be Confirmed <br />to Supreme Court on Monday.<br />President Trump will secure a political victory as Amy Coney Barrett is set to be confirmed to the Republican-controlled Senate.<br />The final vote is to take place at 7:30 p.m. ET.<br />Only 51 votes are needed for Barrett to claim her seat on the Supreme Court.<br />According to an administration official, a swearing-in ceremony will take place either late Monday or Tuesday.<br />Democratic Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer <br />called the confirmation “an inerasable stain on <br />this Republican majority forevermore.”.<br />He also attacked the prospect of Vice President Mike Pence presiding over the vote since several of his staff have tested positive for COVID-19.<br />Many Democrats believe Barrett's confirmation will lead to the demise of the Affordable Care Act
