Joe Biden , Wins 2020 Presidential Election .<br />Joe Biden defeated Trump and was declared the 46th President of the United States on Saturday morning.<br />The win for Biden is also a <br />win for Kamala Harris, the <br />first woman of color to be <br />elected as vice president.<br />With five contentious races <br />in states where the ballot count <br />continued and was too close to call.<br />it was Pennsylvania, <br />the President-elect's home state, <br />that finally declared Biden the winner.<br />Pennsylvania added 20 electoral votes to Biden's tally, <br />pushing him beyond the 270 threshold to 284, <br />according to AP.<br />Races in Arizona, <br />Georgia and North Carolina <br />have yet to be called. .<br />Biden leads in all <br />of those states except <br />for North Carolina.<br />In remarks made before he was declared the winner, Biden stated it would soon be time <br />"to unite, to heal, to come together as a nation."
