A shop assistant was fined almost RM37,000 and sentenced to nine years’ jail after pleading guilty to driving dangerously and causing the death of a policeman - Kons Nicolester Dadup Unggat, along Jalan Kangkar Tebrau-Jalan Tun Teja in Johor on Nov 1.<br /><br />The accused, Mohamad Shafiq Lokman, 25, pleaded guilty to four charges before Magistrates Mohd Zaki Abd Rahman and Nurasidah A.
