A businessman was charged in a Sepang Magistrate's Court on Tuesday (Nov 10) with the murder of a site engineer, whose charred remains were found in a torched vehicle in Kota Warisan, Sepang last month.<br /><br />P.Vijayan was accused of murdering K.
