Arau MP Shahidan Kassim told Parliament today that Sabah used to be the most advanced state in Malaysia, even ahead of Selongor, in the past. <br /><br />However, the Perikatan Nasional parliamentary council chairperson said Sabah fell to the bottom of the list after Pakatan Harapan came into power.
