<p>Labour shadow minister David Lammy has said writing a book was "therapy" from the death threats and abuse he has faced.<br>Lammy released Tribes, in which he examined the tribalism in British politics, earlier this year.<br>Speaking to Yahoo UK’s White Wine Question Time podcast, he said: "When you’re writing a non-fiction book, it’s a great way to understand your own mind and how you feel about the world around you. This is a world in which I was getting death threats."</p>
