Alfie rings the cancer ward bell - to signal the end of his treatment

The three-year-old finished his cancer treatment in 2019 and was given the all-clear shortly after.<br /><br />This year, his family is supporting the Children's Hospital Charity Christmas appeal, to help them fund the new cancer ward.
