'82년생 김지영' 美 타임 꼭 읽어야 할 100선 선정<br /><br />"Kim Jiyoung, Born 1982" by Cho Nam-joo has made it on TIME's list of "the 100 most-read books of 2020".<br />The English version of the novel translated by Jamie Chang has been gaining popularity among those interested in feminism in South Korea.<br />The magazine explained the novel has become a bestseller "inspiring many young women to reconsider the roles they've been tacitly forced into."<br />The novel was also nominated for the National Book Award in the category of translated literature,… and has sold over a million copies in nineteen different countries.<br /><br />
