Those who are travelling without wearing a mask are being challened by Delhi police. Despite the announcement by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the police are fining Rs 500 for not wearing a mask. When asked why they are not issuing challan of Rupees 2000, Delhi police said that the notification for the updates challan amount is still awaited. Watch the video.
