서울시, `외국인 건설근로자 안전교육` 통번역 필요 없는 그림책으로<br /><br />The Seoul Metropolitan Government has designed a so-called "silent" safety education book for non-Korean construction workers.<br />Already in distribution, the picture book does not have any words written in it... preventing the language barrier from causing accidents.<br />Seoul city said Thursday that the 88-page pocketbook is easy to carry around and contains 73 guidelines ranging from proper use of equipment to civil safety measures.<br />It can also be downloaded as a PDF file.<br />Over seven-hundred foreign laborers make up about 18 percent of all those working at public construction sites managed by the city.<br />
