바이든, 국가적 봉쇄 없다... 대신 마스크 의무화 추진<br /><br />U.S. President-elect Joe Biden has ruled out the option of a "national lockdown" to curb the spread of COVID-19, instead pushing ahead with making face masks mandatory in all states.<br />This is part of Biden's coronavirus response plan, which he announced on Thursday after talking with 10 governors.<br />Other measures include access to affordable healthcare and unemployment benefits,...and easier access to vaccines and testing.<br />According to CNN, Biden's team have begun holding staff level meetings with resistant Republican governors.<br />They are also considering the use of economic incentives to get states to implement the measures.<br />
