메르켈 "코로나19 백신 12월이나 내년초 유럽서 접종 가능"<br /><br />COVID-19 vaccinations in Europe could begin as soon as next month or early next year,... according to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who took part in a video summit on the vaccine situation.<br />Speaking to the German news agency DPA after the summit Thursday, she said the recent news looks positive.<br />She was apparently referring to the vaccines made by the American company Pfizer together with the German firm BioNtech and the one by Moderna which are nearly 95 percent effective.<br />The CEO of BioNTech, Ugur Sahin, also told AFP... that the vaccines could be distributed in the U.S. and the EU by the end of this year.<br />
