KCR announces free water, electricity ahead of Hyderabad civic polls

Ahead of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) polls, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday said water bills for usage up to 20,000 litres in households within the GHMC limits will not have to be paid from December.
