Bourke St attacker not on ASIO's radar before rampage

Just weeks before Hassan Khalif Shire Ali went on a stabbing rampage in Melbourne's CBD in 2018, Victoria Police contacted ASIO about Shire Ali, who said he was not of current interest to them.
