스페인, 코로나19 봉쇄 완화에 카페 영업 재개...영국도 내달 완화 조치<br /><br />The Catalonia region, in northeastern Spain, has partially lifted its lockdown restrictions as the area is thought to have passed the peak of contagion.<br />Of the Catalan government's four-step plan, this phase includes reopening bars and restaurants.<br />Theaters, musical halls, and outdoor sports facilities can also open to half-capacity.<br />The complete stay-at-home lockdown in England will end on December 2nd.<br />It'll be replaced by a multi-tier system of regional restrictions.<br />British PM Boris Johnson says the new COVID Winter Plan will allow non-essential shops to open under tier-one.<br />Group worships, weddings and funerals will also be possible.<br />Outdoor stadiums can accept up to 4-thousand fans or half their capacity, whichever is lower.<br />
