한미, 방위비 현황 점검..."조속한 합의 위해 협력"<br /><br />South Korea and the U.S. have restarted their defense cost-sharing negotiations,... which have been stalled for months.<br />During a virtual meeting Monday, Seoul's chief negotiator Jeong Eun-bo and his American counterpart Donna Welton agreed to closely work together to reach, as early as possible, an agreement that's equitable and mutually acceptable.<br />Officials from Seoul's foreign and defense ministries also took part as did their American counterparts.<br />These were the first official talks between Seoul and Washington over cost-sharing since the November 3rd U.S. Presidential election.<br />
