SG Lewis pays tribute to club culture in a period when the dancefloor is more needed than ever.<br /><br />"Life is pretty fucking boring without it," SG Lewis says looking back on a year without any access to clubs. "Without moments to look back at and the experiences that make life worth living it is all pretty dull. It's a shame that we have a government that just doesn't care." Wandering around an empty Phonox in west London, he lays out his fears for the future of night life across the world, as a generation of young people miss out on the formative experiences of the dancefloor amid a global pandemic.
