EU, '새 대서양 의제' 공개…"무역분쟁 해결하자"<br /><br />The world is preparing for a major global change the transition of the U.S. presidency.<br />And the European Union has laid out a new transatlantic agenda to facilitate ties with the incoming Biden administration.<br />For more on this and other news from around the world, we turn to our Lee Kyung-eun.<br />Kyung-eun, tell us more.<br />Mok-yeon, the EU has sent out a strong message to the U.S.,... that it is time for the two to "reconnect".<br />It announced a new EU-U.S. agenda,... which aims to foster stronger cooperation in four key areas.<br />They include health response, climate change, trade and tech, and security.<br />This comes after a tense four years of trans-Atlantic ties during the Trump administration.<br />And the EU is hoping things will improve when the President-elect Joe Biden takes office in January.<br />On top of the agenda will be easing tensions on the trade front,... over issues related to tariffs on American steel products and U.S. tech giant's dominance in the European market.<br />These were areas that were often criticized by President Trump.<br />The EU is set to announce specific policies over the issues in the coming weeks.<br />
