DAP lawmaker Tan Kok Wai has apologised to Annuar Musa for claiming that 42 Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) land plots were sold since the latter became federal territories minister.<br /><br />In a Twitter post, Annuar said the Cheras MP met him at his office this afternoon, where he submitted a letter of apology and retracted his accusation.<br /><br />On Nov 18, Malaysiakini had reported Tan's allegation, which was made during a press conference in Parliament.<br /><br />Queried by Malaysiakini, the Federal Territory DAP chairperson was unable to provide a list of the 42 plots but based his claim on how DBKL published three notices to alter the existing Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020 in recent months.
