Who doesn’t love Dhaba’s sev-tamatar sabji .....here is a recipe for Dhaba style sev tamoto sabji. Please try it out and share your experience in the comment box below.<br />Some Tips & Tricks :<br />Always add sev just before serving as the sev crunch should be maintained in the sabji.<br />You can add any type of sev you want in this curry...for e.g. thin sev,thick sev,ratlami sev,gathiya,spicy sev...etc....etc...<br />Keep curry little thin as sev absorbs water.<br />Jaggery can be skipped or adjust to your taste.<br />Ingredients:<br />3 TBS oil((तेल) <br />1/2 tsn mustard seeds(राइ)<br />1/2 tsn Cumin seeds(जीरा) <br />Pinch of asafetida(चुटकी हींग) <br />Curry leaves(करि पत्ते)<br />2 tomatoes crushed(टमाटर की प्यूरी)<br />1/2 tsn salt(नमक)<br />1/2 tsn Turmeric(हल्दी)<br />1/2 tsn red chilly powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)<br />1 1/2 tsn Coriander Cumin powder(धनिया-जीरा पाउडर) 1 tsn kashmiri red chilly powder<br />(कश्मीरी रेड चिल्ली पाउडर) <br />1/2 inch Ginger grated (१/२ इंच अदरक घिसी हुई) <br />2 Green Chilly slitted(हरी मिर्च) <br />4 tomatoes roughly chopped(टमाटर) <br />1 1/4 cup (or upto desired consistency)water(पानी) <br />1/4 tsn Garam masala(गरम मसाला) <br />1 tsn Jaggery(गुड़)<br />Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ते) <br />Sev(add sev just before serving)<br />सेव(सर्वे करने के तुरंत पहले ही सेव डालें<br /><br />Please LIke, Share & Subscribe if you like the video<br />Thank you so much
