전동킥보드 한강공원 자전거도로 달린다...시속 20km 제한<br /><br />From Thursday, e-scooters will be allowed on bike roads at Seoul's Han River parks.<br />The Han River Business Headquarters signed an MOU last week with 15 personal mobility services to foster a safe driving culture at the parks.<br />Under the revised regulations, users of kickboards and other personal mobility equipment must abide by rules like driving under 20 kilometers an hour and wearing a helmet.<br />The parks have also been designated as 'non-returnable' zones to prevent unauthorized parking.<br />Users driving outside the paths will be fined 50-thousand Korean won or 46 U.S. dollars.<br />
