The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (USCPSC) has recalled candles as fire hazards.<br />According to Gizmodo, the recall is specific to certain candles, not all candles.<br />The USCPSC recalled Dollar Tree’s Sure Scents 2-1 Peaceful Stream/Moonlit Waves Candles.<br />The other candle recalled is Kohl’s three-wick SONOMA candle.<br />Under “hazard,” both read: The candles’ high flames can ignite the surface of the wax or cause the glass to break.<br />Both pose fire and safety risks.
