Over loading and heavy vehicles are prohibited from entering the cities but traffic laws are violated in Pakistan by illegally overloading trucks and wagons. Bilal, a warden of Lahore police, has fined 4250 rupees to a truck driver who overloaded the truck. The warden told UrduPoint anchor Burhan U Din that this was the biggest challan in Lahore's history.
