EU "영국과 합의 이를 길 있다"...브렉시트 미래협상 진전 시사<br /><br />The UK and EU are still struggling to agree a post-Brexit trade deal,... with just a few weeks left before Britain leaves the EU.<br />They've made some progress,.. but reached no breakthrough.<br />For more on this and other news from around the world, we turn to our Lee Kyung-eun.<br />Kyung-eun, what's the latest?<br />Dami, the EU's president said the ongoing talks with the UK were "still very difficult",... but the two sides have managed to move forward on most issues.<br />They are still apart on two key areas: fair competition regulations and fishing rights over UK waters.<br />However, given the progress, she added the next few days would be critical,... in possibly reaching a last-minute agreement.<br />"...there is a path to an agreement now. The path may be very narrow but it is there and it is therefore our responsibility to continue trying."<br />On the same day, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said, the EU should "see sense" and agree a post-Brexit trade deal.<br />He added that the bloc should recognize U.K. sovereignty to control its own laws and fishing grounds.<br />Negotiations have been ongoing for several months to avoid a no-deal Brexit.<br />
