러시아, '도핑 스캔들'... 도쿄•베이징올림픽서 국기•국가 못쓴다<br /><br />Russia will miss two Olympics the Games in Tokyo and Beijing as well as any world championship sporting events for the next two years.<br />The Court of Arbitration for Sports decided Thursday that Russia was not in compliance with international anti-doping rules.<br />Individual Russian athletes can still compete, but they are not able to use the Russian flag or have the anthem played should they win a medal.<br />The court also ruled that Russian officials and President Putin can't attend the Olympics.<br />
