Walmart Will Now Pick up Returns From Your Home for Free.<br />On Dec. 21, the retail giant announced a new service in partnership with FedEx.<br />"Carrier Pickup by FedEx" allows customers to return items by visiting Walmart's website or app, scheduling a pickup date and printing a label.<br />FedEx will then come pick it up from you.<br />For customers who don't have the ability to print a label, they can drop off returns at any FedEx Office location by using a QR code, similarly to a service offered by Amazon and UPS.<br />"Carrier Pickup by FedEx" is Walmart's latest attempt to best its largest rival, Amazon.<br />Currently, Amazon allows packages without a box<br />or label to be returned at select Whole Foods stores, <br />Kohl's and UPS stores/lockers.<br />Amazon also allows some items to be picked up at home by UPS, but for a fee.<br />FedEx's recent partnership with Happy Returns allows returns to be made in person without a box or label from select retailers
