Restaurant Style Butter Chicken Recipe<br /><br /><br />Today i am sharing a delicious and easy recipe of Butter Chicken.It is basically prepared using chicken tikka, that are simmered in a tomato and cream based gravy with loads of butter. Do give this atty and share ur experience in comments.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients<br /><br />For chicken Tikka:<br />Boneless chicken - 500g <br />Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp<br />Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp<br />Coriander powder - 1 tbsp<br />Garam masala powder - 1 tsp<br />Cumin powder - 1 tsp<br />Salt - as per taste<br />Oil - 2 tbsp<br />Yoghurt/curd - 2 tbsp<br />Lemon juice - 1 tbsp<br />Roasted kasuri methi - 1 tbsp<br />Red food colour - 1/4 tsp<br />Oil/ butter - 4 tbsp for frying<br /><br /><br />For Makhani Masala:<br />Oil/butter - 2 tbsp<br />Cumin seeds - 1 tsp<br />Green Cardamon - 4<br />Black cardamon - 1<br />Star anise - 1<br />Cinnamon - 1 stick<br />Black peppercone - 15<br />Onion - 3 sliced<br />Garlic - 15 cloves<br />Ginger - 1 inch<br />Green chillies - 5<br />Tomatoes - 5 chopped<br />Salt - 1 tsp<br /><br />Cashewnut - 15<br />Melon seeds - 3 tbsp<br />Water - 1/4 cup <br /><br />For making Butter chicken gravy: <br />Butter - 4 tbsp<br />Oil - 4 tbsp<br />Cumin seeds - 1 tsp<br />Onion - 1 chopped<br />Green chilli - 4 chopped<br />Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp<br />Coriander powder - 2 tbsp<br />Makhani masala<br />Cashew and melon seed paste<br />Chicken tikka shredded<br />Water - 2 cups<br />Roasted Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp<br />Garam masala - 1 tsp<br />Fresh cream - 4 tbsp<br />Butter - 2 tbsp <br />Salt - as per taste<br />Fresh coriander leves - for garnish<br /><br /><br /><br />Email Id: yummyfoodwithsana2020@gmail.com<br /><br />If you liked my recipe, do like and share my video.<br />Don't forget to follow my channel YummY food with SaNa<br /><br />Thank you<br />Allah Hafiz.
