상어에 물려 구조된 바다사자, 새해에는 무사히 바다로<br /><br />'Jenya' the sea lion is set to greet the New Year back in the wild,... after weeks of rehabilitation.<br />The sub-adult male sea lion was rescued in mid-November from the San Francisco Bay.<br />He was severely wounded by a shark bite, suffering from domoic acid poisoning and malnutrition.<br />But after 5 weeks of treatment, the sea lion recovered and regained full motion and weight distribution on his left front flipper.<br />Finally on Christmas Eve, Jenya returned to his habitat, looking healthy.<br />
